Rendr Appoints Joe Moscola as President

NEW YORK, September 1, 2026 — Rendr, a leading medical group serving New York City’s Asian communities, announced the appointment of Joe Moscola, PA, MBA, as President. Moscola joins Rendr following a 23-year career at Northwell Health, bringing extensive experience in healthcare operations, strategy, and physician practice management to support Rendr’s continued growth.

Moscola began his healthcare career as a cardiac surgery physician assistant, where his direct experience caring for patients shaped a patient-first approach that has remained central to his leadership throughout his career.

During his 23 years at Northwell Health, Moscola held executive leadership roles spanning health system strategy, human resources, digital transformation, and physician practice operations. He helped advance strategic partnerships and joint ventures, develop scalable operational processes, and work closely with physicians and clinical leaders to strengthen organizational performance and the patient experience.

“Joe brings a rare combination of clinical understanding and extensive health system leadership experience,” said Richard Park, MD, Chief Executive Officer of Rendr. “His leadership will help us strengthen our operations and continue advancing our value-based care model so that our patients receive care that is more accessible, coordinated, and focused on better health outcomes.”

“As a lifelong New Yorker, the opportunity to serve our local communities is deeply personal to me,” said Joe Moscola, President of Rendr. “I look forward to bringing my experience to Rendr to help the organization scale effectively, strengthen physician partnerships, and continue building on its commitment to delivering exceptional care to the communities we serve.”
